About me
I am a licensed psychotherapist and earth-based mystic focused on cycles of transformation, based in O’ga P’ogeh // Santa Fe, NM. My lens is animist and relational, and my work draws from depth psychology, shamanic psychotherapy, drum-based journeywork, non-psychedelic plant medicine, song, sound and vibrational healing, and alchemical studies.
I help people integrate spiritual awakenings, navigate soul loss and grief, and reconnect with inner guidance, using tools rooted not in escape, but in descent, remembrance, and reconnection to the body, the land, and the sacred.
This is liberatory healing work, grounded and reverent.
I am grateful to my mentor, shamanic psychotherapist Luisa Kolker, MA, LPCC, with whom I apprenticed, and my plant and alchemy teacher-mentor, Sam Perry, RH (AGH). I thank and delight in my spirit teachers, especially the plants and flowers.
